Services

• Services are by appointment only and generally offered in the evenings and weekends. When you decide you want to move forward, we can figure out what day and time works best.

• Even though Healthy by Rachel, LLC is physically located in Brooklyn, NY, health coaching can happen anywhere. We will simply set up a virtual coaching session.

• Accepted forms of payment are cash and credit card (additional processing fee; accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and is due at the time the service is rendered.

Individual health coaching

Available for phone and in-person sessions to focus on topics such as health and wellness principles, creating a wellness vision, and goal setting

• First session cost: $75 per 55 minute session

• Subsequent sessions cost: $75 per 55 minute session

• Follow-up calls cost: $15 per 15 minute call

PANTRY MAKEOVERs

Available in-person sessions at client’s home to focus on label reading and ingredients to avoid 

Cost: $75 per 55 minute session

GRocery Store Visits

Available in-person sessions at client’s grocery store of choice to focus on label reading and how to choose foods to sustain a clean eating lifestyle 

Cost: $75 per 55 minute session
