Smarter, healthier AND lost weight!

My weight loss had plateaued in the past year. After losing 20lbs in the preceding years, I couldn’t seem to make any more headway. Then, this past January, I decided to try something new— a health coach. 

As a clear return metric, I lost 5lbs during my sessions with Rachel!

But, the weight loss is NOT my biggest takeaway from working with Rachel. Rather, my biggest takeaway is the continuing education that Rachel provided. She introduced me to, and thoroughly explained, new concepts about healthy eating. Admittedly, some of her guidance was not easy to follow- at first; but, I’ve now rid my diet of processed foods or those with added sugar, and I’ve never felt so good! 

Rachel broke down my required daily calories and meal macronutrients. She provided thorough follow-ups and goals after each session, and even shared research on ANY questions I had. I’ve left every session feeling well-informed and ready to conquer my goals.

Bottom line: my energy level is stable throughout the day, I’m sleeping better and I’m equipped with the knowledge to maintain a health-centered lifestyle and reach further goals!
